“We are very excited about this team,” said Dan Sherwell, President of Blue Star Software. “Our employees will be more knowledgeable about the technologies that are important and are currently in commercial areas, and can share information with clients about how to use this technology to solve the problem, as well as providing details about the technology direction and implementation of best practices.”

“Our employees are enthusiastic about the team,” added Sherwell. “They provide a way for people who are experts in order to demonstrate and share expertise, and it helps everyone learn about areas that will be very important for their careers in the future.

Self managing teams; Membership is voluntary. Participating employees will share information gathered from attending conferences and training, personal experience, outside of reading, and research online for brown bag lunch session. Collaborative document management tools will support the efforts of groups and store information that is collected.

Information will be shared with the Blue Star customers upon request, either as part of the implementation of the project or in a normal scheduled briefing.
